Keith is one of the owners and sole tuner for AWDTUNING. He has had an interest in working on Subarus since he first bought his 2005 WRX many years ago. He helped develop the original Subaru open source tuning software, Ingenuity (now ROM Raider). Later in 2008, he and his wife, Mary, decided to open their own shop to offer Subaru Expertise to the DFW area. Over 15 years later, Keith is still a force in the tuning community - not just for Subaru, but a variety of makes and models.

Robert, who usually goes by Rob, does not come from the performance world. He does however have many years as a general Subaru technician. His insight for the ins and outs of pretty much every model of Subaru rivals that of others with more years under their belts. He jumped in the deep end of the performance side of the Subaru world and had no trouble swimming. Once he got a taste of the fast performance cars we se on the regular there was no turning back.

Kody is our resident drifter and member of our service advising and marketing teams. Kody is our in-house Ford nerd and drives a 2019 Mustang GT drift car. Even while being the "class clown" of the shop Kody is one of most capable services writers and we're happy to have him on our team!

Maya, our web developer, has worked with us for 3 years. She started here running the social media accounts, and then became a service advisor. Maya has relocated out of TX, but is still an integral part of our team, keeping the web store up to date and making sure the web site is top-notch. She drives a 2004 Lexus IS300 that is a constant work in progress. Whenever she's not enjoying her car on some back roads, Maya likes making music and playing games.

Mary is the co-owner of AWDTUNING alongside her husband, Keith. She is the driver of the Unicorn Legacy, the quickest and fastest Legacy in the US. Mary is a bright star in customer service, usually taking time out of her very busy day to talk to and educate customers. Her many years of experience in the Subaru community and as a record-holding badass give her a unique outlook on car modification. Her informative approach leaves our customers with not only more knowledge to take care of and modify their car, but usually some great stories as well.

Colin has been with the shop for nearly it's entire existence. He also has many years of automotive experience before starting at AWDTUNING. He has been a tech, shop manager and service writer. This makes him a powerhouse in terms of raw automotive knowledge. Colin brings something to the table that any good shop needs; wisdom.

Justin has years of experience with Subaru. Don't let his daily driver fool you. On the weekends he is in his 2003 WRX track build, putting down times and improving his driving skills at the track. He started autocrossing his WRX in it's stock form and continues to modify and improve the car. Justin brings great insight to the team with his roadcourse experience, adding to the multiple disciplines represented already on among the other staff members.

Sebastian brings a smile to everyone's face that comes through the shop. Although he may not be the most experienced of our techs he shows incredible knowledge and workmanship. Like most technicians he has a daily driver project, which is a Honda Civic. He plans on doing many upgrades on it. Ask him about his car and he will usually be ecstatic to tell you all about it. 

Al is no stranger to building fast cars. He comes from the world of LS engines, but that has not stopped him from diving head first into a strange new adventure of Subaru boxer engines. His knowledge of building fast cars has proven invaluable to the team. when he isn't building cars he can be seen helping with and editing videos for our social media accounts. 

Jess has a deep history with AWDTUNING being around since before the shop's official conception in 2008. She is instrumental in keeping both the office ad the tech area running smooth day-to-day. She can often be seen keeping the boys in line at the shop, and adding her bubbly energy to the great atmosphere at AWDTUNING.
